Return / exchange of good quality goods

1. The client has the right to refuse the Goods at any time before receiving it. Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the Goods, the Client has the right to return the Goods of proper quality if the Client has met the following conditions:
• Preservation of the appearance of the Goods (packaging, seals, labels, etc.).
• The product was not in use.
• Preservation of consumer properties of the product.
• Availability of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product (order form or cash register receipt).

 

2. Consideration of the Application and refunds are made within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Application, but not earlier than the return of the defective Goods by the Client.

 

3. Refunds are made:
- by transferring funds to the Client's bonus account in the Personal Account on the Seller's Website;

- provision of a gift card for the amount of the purchased product.
