Shipping policy


NB! Delivery is carried out in Estonia

If you order goods from an online store, you can come for them yourself, order delivery to a parcel machine, or use a courier service.

Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.


Shipping costs depend on the type of delivery, as well as on the delivery address. For customers from Tallinn, delivery will be free if the order amount is at least 200 Euro. If the total amount is less than this limit, the final delivery cost will depend on the selected service.

The available delivery options and its total cost will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery terms:

For the most part, delivery within Estonia takes no more than 2-4 business days. Delivery times are approximate. Shop.LifeBeauty is not responsible for product delays due to COVID-19 or other mail failures.

Items purchased Monday through Thursday arrive at the parcel machines the day after the purchase; Items purchased from Friday to Sunday arrive no later than next Tuesday. Parcels arrive at the parcel machines in Saaremaa and Hiiumaa within 3 working days.

The customer is notified of the arrival of a parcel at the parcel machine via SMS, which contains a unique code for opening the locker in the machine. Instructions for using the code and opening the locker can be found on the touchscreen of the parcel machine.


Available only if the courier costs are paid. Orders placed before 11 am local time on business days are delivered on the day of purchase: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after the specified time will be delivered the next business day.

The courier preliminarily agrees with the Client about the exact time of delivery of the goods by phone.

The minimum purchase amount must be 45 euro. If you have chosen courier delivery in Tallinn, you must provide the correct phone number. The courier will contact you immediately after payment for delivery. The goods will be delivered within 0-3 days. By agreement with the buyer.

Change order

To change the delivery time or address after placing your order, please contact us by phone or EMAIL as soon as possible. If you are unable to receive your order within the specified time, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. 


Changed your mind about buying? If you have chosen to pay in cash, please contact us at least an hour before the agreed time with the courier. The order will be canceled and you will not have to pay for it.

If the payment was made - SHOP.LIFEBEAUTY does not return the cost. You will be able to choose another product that Shop.LifeBeauty provides at your cost. There will also be an opportunity to exchange for a gift card in our online store. 

Return rule:

1) the item was not delivered to the buyer

2) the buyer informed us of the cancellation as soon as possible

3) Cash payment selected: order is canceled 

4) Payment has been made: LifeBeauty will send you a personalized gift card for your amount, through which you can choose another product

NB! If the product was delivered and soon opened, it will no longer be possible to return it or request the purchase amount back.
