LEGAL INFORMATION OF THE ONLINE STORE

The online store refers to this website, where any Buyer can explore the available Products, view their descriptions and prices, choose a specific Product, select a payment and delivery method, and place an Order to purchase the Product.

The online store is a collection of informational resources managed by the Seller.

The terms "Site" and "Online Store" are considered interchangeable under these Terms unless otherwise specified.

Seller – Skin Life Clinic. The beauty clinic is owned by All Time Beauty OU, established in 2021.

Buyer – an individual intending to order or purchase, or who orders or purchases, Products from the Seller’s Online Store for personal, family, household, or other non-business-related purposes.

Recipient – the person receiving the Order. Unless otherwise specified, the Buyer is considered the Recipient. The Recipient may also be another individual specified by the Buyer when placing the Order, acting as their representative. Unless stated otherwise in these Terms, the Recipient has the same rights and obligations as the Buyer.

Product – an item for sale that is not prohibited from commerce and is listed for sale in the Online Store. Only items marked as "available" in the Online Store can be purchased.

Order – a request from the Buyer to purchase Products selected in the Online Store and have them delivered to the address provided by the Buyer. Orders can be placed through the Order page, by email at shop.lifeilu@gmail.com, or by phone at +37255678774 or +37256107427.

Courier Delivery Service – a legal entity authorized by the Seller to deliver Products directly to the Buyer in accordance with the Order placed.

Pickup Point – a parcel locker, pickup station, office, or any other location selected by the Buyer for self-pickup of the Order.

The Seller reserves the right to choose the transport company for delivery without the Buyer's prior consent. Current information on transport companies is available during the checkout process.

Transport Company Representative – an authorized individual (courier, cashier, or warehouse staff at the pickup point) responsible for delivering the Product, completing necessary documentation, and receiving payment from the Buyer when applicable.
