DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you order products from our online store, you can choose to:

  • Pick up the products yourself
  • Have them delivered to a parcel locker
  • Use courier services

Delivery is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The delivery cost depends on the chosen delivery method and the destination address. For customers in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland, delivery is free for orders over 25 euros. If the total order amount is below this threshold, the delivery cost will depend on the selected service.

The available delivery options and the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times:

IMPORTANT! Delivery is available in Europe 

In most cases, delivery within Estonia takes 2-4 business days. These are approximate delivery times. Shop.LifeBeauty is not responsible for delays caused by the COVID-19 situation or postal disruptions.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed for delivery to parcel lockers the following day. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are processed for delivery to lockers by the following Tuesday. Deliveries to parcel lockers in Saaremaa and Hiiumaa may take up to 3 business days.

Customers will receive an SMS when their package arrives at the parcel locker. The SMS will include a unique code to open the locker. Instructions on how to use the code to access the locker can be found on the locker’s touch screen.

Order Changes

To change the delivery time or address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. If you are unable to receive the order at the specified time, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind about the purchase? 

If payment has already been made, SHOP.LIFEBEAUTY does not refund the purchase cost. However, you will have the option to choose another product of the same value or receive a gift card for the equivalent amount to use in our online store.
