Through our Website, we provide the opportunity to:

  • Place and pay for orders
  • Receive orders via delivery or pick-up from the clinic
  • Use our customer support services

By placing an order, you agree to receive notifications via email, SMS, and phone about the status of your order and service quality. You can opt out of these notifications at any time.

3. Products and Their Description

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the products. However:

  • Product images on the Website are for demonstration purposes, and colors may vary from the actual products
  • There may be minor errors in descriptions, which we will correct as they are discovered
  • We do not sell defective or substandard products – if the product does not match the description, is damaged, or does not meet standards, you can contact us for assistance

  • In case of an error in the product price, we will inform you and offer you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it

5. Delivery and Pick-up

  • Pick-up from our clinic at Maakri 30, SKYON, Tallinn

Once the order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery services.

6. Returns and Warranty

You can return a product within 7 days of receipt if:

  • It has not been used and is in its original packaging
  • It is not a personalized item (e.g., made to order)

If the product is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund.

To return a product, please contact us via email at info@lifebeauty.ee. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:
